The second race of the Midwest "Triple Crown" is in the books. Brian Matter and Chloe Woodruff were the men's and women's winners. For Brian, it's his 5th win of one of the largest races in the country. Chloe is one of the top women's mountain bikers in the country and had a top 5 at the 2012 race.
