Bruce Goshorn of the Cycle Burn Challenge and Daphne Young, a 2012 participant, joined host, Ben Welnak, to discuss this year's challenge, set to start August 1st.
The Cycle Burn Challenge is a competition and charity event, open to all mountain bikers of all skill levels. The challenge is simple – you and your friends create a team of up to five riders (or compete solo), and then bike as many rides as possible in 31 days.

To give your riding a purpose, the challenge involves raising donations for Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF). By the end of this month-long event, the team and individuals in each division with the most ride points is deemed the grand champion.
The challenge begins at sunrise on August 1st and ends at sunset on August 31st. The event is open to everybody with a mountain bike across the whole country, from beginners to experts. To accommodate all skill levels, there will be several divisions to choose from.
